JULY 4th Week - Road Trip to Chicago via Louisville

 We began July with Amelia's first road trip to see daddy's family around Chicago.  Aunt Rebecca and Uncle Jack took good care of us in Kentucky coming and going.

Jay borrowed his dad's awesome camera lens for part of the trip, so many beautiful pictures of the little critter were captured.

4th of July fun at Aunt Valerie's house with Ma and cousins Hannah and Taylor.

Pappa Eddie and Grrrandmamma Donna hosted a Kaiser family brunch the day before we left.  Amelia met her great grandfather Kaiser.  Since "Opa" is grandfather in Dutch, Opa suggested we call him "Gropa" to incorporate the "great".  Funny.

Jay finally finished school...Whew!  Congrats to our graduate (WITH a new job)!

Grandmother of the CENTURY finishes up her month with Amelia while mommy goes back to work for the rest of the school year.

Aunt Tricia, Uncle Steve, Cousin Andrew, and Cousin Caroline came for a visit from Frisco, TX.  Amelia was in heaven!

Millie Meets Aunt Rebecca and Uncle Jack

Amelia loves her aunt Rebecca and uncle Jack!  We had such a wonderful time visiting with the McGuires last weekend.  Aunt Rebecca has a magical touch with little Millie May.  She can make her forget all about her upset tummy.  (We switched reflux medicine the day aunt and uncle left, and Amelia is having a little better time now.  How we love ABC Pediatrics already!)
